Please read the Terms of Service below carefully before commissioning artwork from the Artist.GENERALBy commissioning artwork from the Artist, you agree to these Terms of Service.The Terms of Service applies to all work made by the Artist.The Artist may decline any
commission before payment is accepted.It is encouraged the Client sends as many references as they can even for the smallest details. This helps the artist to be as accurate as possible. This could be lore, written work, songs etc.PAYMENTBefore the commission work starts the Client must submit the full payment.The listed price is the original
amount and extra assets (Add Ons) will add additional charges.After the successful payment, the commission work starts immediately.REVISIONS2 revisions are included before colouring starts. Any extra requests after colouring will lead to extra charges.DELIVERYThe estimated time for the Artist is to complete the work is anywhere from 7 days to a month depending on the complexity of the artwork and the schedule of the artist.If there is any emergency delay the Artist will inform the Client beforehand.The Client will receive a high resolution JPEG and/or PNG file through Google Drive on Ko-fi.USEPersonal use is included in the commission, if its for commercial and/or merchandise, the Client must apply it to their order (available in the Add On options)Personal use includes: social media profile pictures and banners, printing for personal display, personal non profit websites.This means the artwork may not be used for merchandise, advertising, branding, NFTS, other business purposes, Al training, redistribution for profit.Please credit the Artist when posting on social media.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYThe Artist reserves the copyrights and all intellectual property of the commissioned artworks.This means the Artist has the right to showcase their work on their social media with their watermark as promotion and examples of commission work.The Client can not list the Artist work as their own or copy the work for commercial purposes or for profit unless it is paid commercial/merchandise work.The Artist does not claim the intellectual property characters of the Client's commissioned artwork (you still own your characters and the Artist can't claim the Client's property)REFUNDOnce the payment has gone through the commission becomes live, but if the Artist or Client cancels before the Artist has officially started the commission, the Client receives a full refund.If the Artist or Client cancels during the revision stage, the Client will receive a 50% refund.Once the colouring starts the commission becomes nonrefundable.Once the artwork is finished the request for a refund is not permitted. Please make sure to voice your concern during the revision stage.IMPORTANT
